Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview
Creative Motion Studios provides animation video production services on a project-by-project basis. All payments are made directly to Creative Motion Studios, and all refunds are processed directly by Creative Motion Studios.
We do not facilitate refunds on behalf of third parties or process refunds for services provided by other parties. All refunds are handled directly between you and Creative Motion Studios.
2. Service Model
Our services are provided as follows:
- All services are project-based, one-time transactions
- Payment is made directly to Creative Motion Studios
- An invoice is issued by Creative Motion Studios
- Upon completion and payment, finished digital files are delivered
- We do not offer subscription services or recurring payments
- We do not hold funds in escrow or process payments on behalf of third parties
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your project before any creative work has begun
- We are unable to commence work due to circumstances beyond your control
- We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline without valid reason
3.2 Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be available if:
- You cancel during the production phase (refund amount will reflect work completed)
- Project scope is significantly reduced by mutual agreement
- We are unable to complete specific deliverables due to technical limitations
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the percentage of work completed and materials used.
3.3 No Refund
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- After final delivery and client approval of the completed project
- If you have received final files and project is marked as complete
- For change-of-mind cancellations after work has commenced
- If cancellation is due to client-provided content that violates third-party rights
- For delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, missing materials, etc.)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at hello@creativemotionstudios.uk with your refund request
- Include your project reference number and reason for refund
- We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
All refunds are processed directly by Creative Motion Studios. We do not process refunds through third-party intermediaries or payment facilitators.
5. Digital Products
Our services result in the delivery of digital files (video files). As digital products:
- Once delivered and downloaded, digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
- Refund eligibility is determined based on project completion status, not file download status
- If refund is approved before final delivery, you will not receive the final files
- If refund is approved after delivery, you may be required to delete all received files
6. Revision Rounds
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. If you are not satisfied with the initial work:
- Use your included revision rounds to request changes
- Additional revisions beyond included rounds may be available for an additional fee
- Dissatisfaction with initial drafts does not automatically qualify for a refund if revision rounds remain available
- We work collaboratively to ensure your satisfaction before final delivery
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to complete projects due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to find suitable solutions, which may include project extensions or partial refunds.
8. Disputes
If you have concerns about service quality or delivery, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. Most concerns can be addressed through our revision process or direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering project terms, work completed, and circumstances.
9. Payment Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. All refunds are processed directly by Creative Motion Studios or our authorized payment processors.
