How does the project process work?
We work directly with you on a project-by-project basis. After your initial consultation, we provide a quote and project agreement. Once approved, you pay Creative Motion Studios directly, and we deliver finished digital files directly to you. All work is produced in-house or by our direct creative team.
How do I make a payment?
Payments are made directly to Creative Motion Studios. We issue invoices for each project, and you can pay via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other standard payment methods. All payments are processed directly between you and Creative Motion Studios.
What if I need to cancel my project?
Cancellation policies depend on project stage. Full refunds are available before work begins. Partial refunds may apply during production. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information. All refunds are processed directly by Creative Motion Studios.
Can I request changes to my video?
Yes! Each package includes multiple revision rounds. We work with you to ensure satisfaction before final delivery. Additional revisions beyond included rounds may be available for an additional fee.
How long does a project take?
Typical turnaround time is 1-4 weeks depending on package and complexity. We provide a detailed timeline in your project agreement and keep you updated throughout the process.
Who owns the final video?
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final video files. Creative Motion Studios retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Do you work with third-party creators?
No. All work is produced directly by Creative Motion Studios or our direct creative team. We do not subcontract work to third-party creators or artists. You contract directly with us, and we deliver directly to you.
What file formats will I receive?
You'll receive your video in multiple formats optimized for different platforms: web (MP4), social media formats, and presentation formats. Specific formats are detailed in your project agreement.
