Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Creative Motion Studios. These Terms of Service govern your use of our animation video production services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Creative Motion Studios is a direct service provider. We create custom animated videos for businesses and individuals. All work is produced in-house or by our direct creative team and delivered as a finished digital file to the client. We do not act as intermediaries, agents, or facilitators for third-party transactions.

2. Service Model

All services provided by Creative Motion Studios are offered on a project-by-project basis. Each project is a direct contract between you (the client) and Creative Motion Studios.

• Clients contract Creative Motion Studios directly
• Clients pay Creative Motion Studios directly
• Creative Motion Studios delivers finished digital files directly to clients
• We do not process, hold, or transfer funds on behalf of third parties
• We do not facilitate payments between clients and third-party creators or artists

3. Project Agreement

Each project begins with a consultation and quote. Upon acceptance, a project agreement will be issued detailing:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Revision rounds included
• Final delivery format

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made directly to Creative Motion Studios. Standard payment terms:

• An invoice will be issued by Creative Motion Studios
• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your project agreement
• All payments are processed directly between you and Creative Motion Studios
• We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other standard payment methods
• No third-party payment processors or escrow services are used

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final video files. Creative Motion Studios retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery

Final deliverables are provided as digital files via secure download link or cloud storage. Files are delivered in the formats specified in your project agreement. Delivery occurs after project completion and full payment clearance.

7. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in your project agreement.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy. In general:

• Cancellations before work begins are eligible for full refund
• Partial refunds may apply for cancellations during production
• No refunds are available after final delivery and approval

9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate briefs and project requirements
• Responding to feedback requests in a timely manner
• Providing necessary materials, logos, brand guidelines, or other assets
• Making payments according to agreed schedules
• Ensuring all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights

10. Limitation of Liability

Creative Motion Studios' liability is limited to the value of the project fee. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
